Dunked in honey, soya sauce, freshly squeezed lime juice, a squirt of orange juice, a bit of mayo for thickening, ground black pepper and coriander, these dripping beauties splashed around in the marinade for a day in the fridge and then hit the oven that evening. With a nice side salad and a few more buttery hot bread rolls, the marinated, sticky wings really hit the spot. Yum.
